“Last min deal”

Holiday Gems was recomended by a friend, i had a week off with no intention of booking a holiday for me & my family when my friend told me about her experiance booking with Holiday Gems. She said she had found it so simple & the staff were so helpful. So i decided to give them a call & spoke to a lovely guy name of Mark Mattews, i explained that i was nervious with booking this way & with the sort turn around made me very uneasy. Mark took controll & put me at ease, with booking one day & flying out the next everything had to be spot on.
Mark kept in contact with me & was so helpful keeping me informed of everthing he was doing, thanks to Mark & Holiday Gems we had a lovely holiday.
