“Excellent Service”

4.5 Stars in reality but I wont dock it to a flat 4

After the nause of dealing with the insurers it was a pleasure to finally get to a company that just wanted to get me riding again. Their customer service department was helpful and understanding as well as knowledable.

I was especially pleased to be able to negotiate to a bike that wasn't the exact model I had had stolen.

The only reason this was 4 stars is that the level of spec I wanted was not available i.e the trance 27.2 which forced my hand to getting the 27.5 1 (I was never gonna get the 3 really was I) and so I ended up paying the difference BUT they did give me 10% off of that.

I would recommend them to a friend and the bike came fully built.
