“YOU MIGHT WANNA READ THIS”

I am writing this not because I am upset about my experience with Travel Center UK but I want travellers to know what might happen to them. Staffs do not call you back when they said they will, they will give you time like "after 5-10minutes" but expect nothing coz you won't get it so you have to call them back. They don't deal with one customer at a time when they put you on hold, it takes ages. The major thing that happened is my travel dates have been changed as well as the place of airport me and my friends are travelling from WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. I was about to pay then I saw a different date and airport. I was so annoyed that it has been changed and they did not inform me which is the FIRST THING they should have done. Anyway I did not book our tickets with them, used a different agency. They could improve this especially their communication and if they would stick to their words.
