This company took £52.99 out of my bank for a service I never asked for or used. I wrote a letter requesting a refund to their address in Birmingham and guess what...Royal Mail returned the letter because the company or the address do NOT exist. BE WARNED this company is a taking money from vulnerable people who are already struggling with cash and making their situation even worse!!!!!!!!!!!!!
