“Complete waste of money and a dire customer service...”

DO not sign up for this site, they will completely rip you off. You have multiple matches that are the same matches sent to you previously, even if you turn the match off they re match them to you. I tried to complain and was told I was being too stringent, it might be worth changing some settings - what a joke!!! The customer services is absolutely dire and shouldn't call themselves a customer service team. To top it all off, you can't cancel as they keep saying they haven't received your cancellation notice and then say you are in a contract. Worse company I have ever come across! Definitely no stars for anything - if there was a minus button for value of money I would have pressed that! I would have liked to have had 0 stars but it wouldn't let me proceed so had to press 1!
