I sent away my iPhone 4s 16gb on the 4th July after being told I would receive £117 for my phone. The website said it would only take 10days by BACS, it's now the 31st July and I have just received my payment after 5 phone calls to which they told me it was my banks fault the money hadn't cleared. The service is shocking and I would avoid this company at all costs.
