“Don't bother wasting time and effort at this place”

I have shopped with boohoo for about 2 year with no real problems until this week I urgently needed a onesie for a party on the weekend. I ordered on a Monday, paid extra $10 for express in 2-3 days and have not received the item and now it is Friday night. Posties don't deliver on the weekend. So I try to look up tracking and apparently my order number does not even exist!! It seems they got the order never processed it or sent it! What a waste of time and effort. If I end up receiving it 2 weeks later it'll be useless to me . I hate boohoo now.
