I returned their package, USPS, after reading reviews about the company. I sent it back without opening it. The company has refused to return the $700.00 dollars. It has been five weeks since I sent the package back to the company. Every day I have called requesting my refund, I get the telephone excuses that the accounting department is handing the situation and that they will be contacting me. NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME, Every time I call they say that the refund is in the accounting department. I don't have a product and never wanted one. So it seems that I have made a $700.00 mistake, and they have taken advantage of of a 74 year old person.
