“The Citation SYstem”

We have been a member of Citation for 9 months and are overjoyed at all of its components. We are a fostering agency who have a separate system for the foster parents and children/young people we care for but had no facility for out staff members.

The Citmanager area now provides a database like facility to securely record our staffs personal information and also any documentation that may accompany them over the term of their employment with us.

We also provide Health & Safety for our foster families, so the Citassess area is perfect for preparing risk assessments for their properties as well as out premises.

Citnet holds a wealth of information which we can call upon when creating documents and making sure we are contractually corect.

Cittrainer I feel is one of Citations best areas which can provide H&S and employment law online training to our staff which they them can get certificated through.

Once we've had our visits from the Citation specialists the Cit report area lets us know where we need to address issues.

Any Finally,

The client document area holds all of our P&P's, Handbooks and contracts.

What else could a company want, at a reasonable price.
