“Fantastic customer service”

I ordered the 26", darkest brown, full head clips & paid the express to have them in time (1-2day delivery) as I was leaving my town & heading to another province for my wedding. There was a HUGE mix up with the delivery company & I phoned Cliphair ASAP, left a message, emailed them & left a fb message on their fb page. Because it was a Friday their office was closed but I was so pleased to see that they had emailed & fb messages me back ASAP on Monday when their office opened. I was leaving at 7am that morning to drive over 750km to get ready for my wedding at the end of the week. I needed the extensions rerouted to a new address.
Right away, Cliphair was on it to fedex & changing the address to the town I was travelling to. I can not express how helpful the staff at Cliphair was with this whole mix up. I was freaking out & sooooo worried that I wouldn't have them in time & that I wasted so much money.
I am sad to say that my clips arrived 2hrs too late but that had nothing to do with Cliphair. They did everything they could to try & help me get the hair on time. My day was still perfect & I guess it wasn't meant to be for me to have these clips for my wedding. But I am happy to say that they were an exact match & I will be keeping them for future use. I highly recommend this company, not only for their fantastic customer service skills but for their quality. I would def recommend this company to my family & friends & I look forward to my next purchase with Cliphair!
It's hard to find a company who cares about their customers & will offer such great customer service! I was truly overwhelmed with their kindness & helpfulness!
