“Did Not Delivered within 4hrs as promise”

Ordered was put in before noon and even paid the extra $5 to be delivered within in 4hrs. It was suppose to be deliver to the other person work place. The person never recevied it within 4hrs. Why have the option to be deliver within 4hrs if it wasn't. That's very bad advertiments. Not happy at all. It's like saying goes, when you have good service, you tell 5 people. When you have bad service, you tell 15 people. Looks like 15 other people will not be using this service. :(
