“RETURNS PROBLEM FROM OUTSIDE THE UK”

This company has their website in French and therefore as french buyer, I would expect a good service from them when importing to France. However when I got a fault with my Epson printer 2 months later, Epson told me that the printer must go back to the UK which cost around 50Euros. Lambdatek ensured that I returned all cables, cartridges amd manuals. The printer that was returned had completely empty cartridges and no cables or manuals. They did return these but I was without a printer for some time. The returned printer has now developed the same fault after another 2 months and they tell me that I need to return it again to them. It would be cheaper to buy a new printer than keep returning it. They are just not set up to deal with selling out of the UK.
