“3 week wait for incorrect goods”

I bought from Buckinghams as they are a UK business and I expected quality for the price. After 1 week of waiting I was advised goods are imported from China. 3 weeks later goods arrived. Different from what is advertised online. When i emailed CS i was told to ensure I shipped back recorded or risk losing my refund.
The whole shopping experience has been disappointing and I will just give the tax dodgers at Amazon my business if this is the best a UK company can do.
