I feel my ticket was a fair price, however upon ordering my ticket I was offered a promotion code to take an $15 off my ticket, and when I typed in the code it did not take. This was disappointing and I feel I was lured into a lie . My advice for the marketing department is not to lie, the disappointment from the lying, is such a distraction from the affordable price- it totally disrupted to integrity and trust I sought to build as a customer with your website. If the codes are no longer applicable, please have an I.T tech remove it. Also, the pages are packed with a lot of "colorful" information, which also disrupts the simplicity of just purchasing a ticket. I may advise my friends in future situations to order tickets from your website, however, I must inform them to be careful.
