I paid for next day delivery yet it has now been 8 days since I placed my order and I have not received the package.

When you try and contact them they take 48 hours to respond and then when you reply its another 48 hours with a reply from a different person.

Each time they are extremely unhelpful and useless. The company delivering the package are also incompetent as they let a neighbour sign for my package but then did not leave a note to say who has it.

According to boohoo.com this is not their fault or issue as the package was delivered. This is completely the worst case of customer service and I will never be using them again.

The delivery company was My Hermes so don't use them either.
