“Dreadful shop”

A weekly shop @ Kingston store M/K. Shelves half full. Staff trolleys doing on line shopping for customers every where - trolleys in your way - staff just standing around chatting with trolleys in your way. Fruit & veg aisle the worst - standing around talking instead of filling produce. Not one person stacking half filled shelves - total waste of a shop - charge enough for the groceries. Where's management ?
