I have purchased from them for 3 times, the first 2 only golf balls and too well, the third time I bought a pair of shoes that were available in 5/7 days on web site but in reality they had not. June 23, 2014 I paid with paypal (good idea), after several e-mails responded only after opening a dispute with paypal saying that they will return the money. today is July 25th and I have not seen anything back. I naturally challenged with paypal and I hope to get back the money but I do not know when they do becouse they not respond at email. pay and pray! For my experience there are many other better seller, when there are problems you see the best seller! this will be the last with 118golf, very bad experience.
I valued customer service terrible for wath i sayd, quality of website terrible for incorrect informations (5/7 days when was not available?) and value for money terrible because is too high the price to pay when happen things like is happen to me. Sorry for my english
