Awful service, I sent in my Samsung s3 in perfect working order after being offered £101 and received an email stating it had failed the quality assurance check due to it having a serious burn and dent on the bezel. What the hell is that meant to mean ? They claimed it was not working and offered £35 and if I want it returned I have to pay them a fiver! If it comes back not working I will be seeing them in court. AVOID THESE CONMEN ,
