“Changed my life!”

Nutracheck had changed my life for the better. Due to life getting in the way my weight had crept up and up and it was only when I got engaged I realised how big I had got. My husband and I did Nutracheck together and I soon lost 2 stone in time for the wedding. 6 years on I still keep my nutracheck diary and over that time have lost another stone. I found it educated me about food and portions and that knowledge will stay with me. It also encouraged me to be more active.
