“No Accomodation PULA”

Jetline left us standed in PULA Croatia as they failed to provide us with a local contact for the accomodation. The Voucher they provided only gas an address which turned out to be the local supplier UNILINE who were closed as we arrived at 23:00 on a Saturday. After much upset we found a hotel to stay for the night and managed the next day to sort out the accomodation ourselves. Upon return Jetline refused to take resposibilty for what happened even telling me i should have called them, i did point out it was 23:00 when we found the problem and they close at 20:00..sinse they have taked 30 days to tell me i can have £50.00 back , which i have refused as it cost me nearly 120 in accomodation and taxis that night. ABTA couldnt help as the provider for the accomodation Jetline use arnt ABTA bonded. Have now take this to the small claims court as they arnt willing to pay back the cost to me let alone the stress of the event. Never never use them the minute it goes wrong they wont care or help
