“Transfering a Domain”

The Billing Customer Service were very helpful in 2 different on-line chats. Firsly, I had forgotten to tick the box originally when setting up the account to say a domain transfer was involved but the original sales person put a note on the account. The 1st person in billing quickly sussed this out and did the necessary to transfer over the domain. This transfer was/would have been free had I indicated at the first stage (my mistake!), but today the 2nd person in billing kindly went into the system and marked the automatically generated doamin transfer invoice as zero, so everything sorted!
The problems were caused by me not filling in the application correctly in the first place (I missed it somehow?), but they have such good customer service people that they saw straight away and sorted it for me; others might make a fuss!!
I totally recommend Web Hosting UK :)
