“Shocking ”

Absolutely shocking customer service ordered a sofa promised delivery on a certain date took time off work for it to come and it never showed up endless phone calls to the company which I had to pay for plus taken time off work unpaid to be in for the delivery ... They then promised me another date same again took time off work called that morning to confirm it was coming that day they guaranteed it would be with me ... Guess what it never showed up so once again I called them up complained they said a manager would call me back to help me ... They never called so I had to call them yet again for them then to tell me the sofa was never coming because it had been cancelled .. Absolutely furious she told me I would have to re order the sofa then wait 2 months for delivery and that was the best they could help me with then thought she was doing me a favour making it 6 weeks instead of 8.. How nice of them... NOT!!! So now I'm
Down 2 days pay plus endless costs on phone calls disgusting company never ever buy anything from them !!
