“awful experience”

,appointment cancelled,not informed,when I made a new appointment and went customer service was terrible,because I had not told them I was on income support when I went in apparently I was given the test for paying customers not the one for people on RECEIPT OF BENEFITS.Also they couldn t be bothered, no help in choosing the glasses to see which were the best for me it was oh well if you cant afford them the others are over thereand pointed in the corner.When I went to pick my new glasses up,he said how do they feel I said ok then said oh but they are a bit lose ,he said in a awful tone well that's what I,m asking grabbed them off me walked away did nothing came back and said try them,he hadn t done anything,absalutely awful experience
