booking was easy staff 170 rang to say about alteration in flight prices and was very helpful he gave me a number to get back to him which was automated and finally after 20 minutes (not good)got through to him to confirm booking,
TRYING TO CONTACT BY TELEPHONE NEEDS IMPROVEMENT.
