“changing prices. no contact ”

I used this company as they gave me the best offer all was fine until 2 weeks after they had received my phone.
I Emailed then 3 times before getting a reply saying my phone was now classed as faulty and my offer would now be £15 instead of £71. However this email came from an employee after the time period I was given to accept or reject the offer because I never actually got the email stating this change.
Naturally I said no I want my phone back. But nope it's been sent on I am still in a debate with them. Because it is not my mistake that I did not receive the email.
