It comes down to this. You cannot really beat the price. I went on it to avoid renting a car and going through that hassle. But it does pick up and drop off in rough parts of town. There are some sketchy and loud people who ride it. The customer service is horrible and the luggage system sucks (I accidently switched with another passenger and although I know it was my fault with the little resources they could have given me they refused and could care less) they refused to let me speak to a manager. So if you get on just stick to yourself keep all of your belonging and you will be fine. Oh and bring a blanket cause it is freezing on there.
