“Finally, losing weight, feeling great!”

Unislim is not a diet, it is an introduction to a new healthier lifestyle. I am losing weight but don't feel deprived at all.I actually feel liberated. Food no longer controls me, I am in control. The yum system is great because it allows you treat yourself to your favourite foods. 3 meals/2 snacks a day is great because I never feel hungry then. For me the key is a proper breakfast which unislim promotes. I think this has made the biggest difference for me. Really sets me up for the day. I have lost 7lbs in 5 weeks, absolutely delighted!
