“1 DAY LATE, DRY, BROKEN, BAD PRESENTATION”

Spent £50 on a bunch of roses for my girlfriend to be delivered on her birthday the next day which I paid for. I wsited in all day until 8pm for them to turn up but of course they did not. They came the next day in a bashed up box, dry and broken. I have been waiting for refund for 2 weeks. enough said.
i've sent near on 25 emails and 10 phone calls.
They said it can take between 3-5 days for the money to show in my account (we are now on the 11th day) and keep on fobbing me off with a £5 gift card. Why on earth would I want to use you poor awful service ever again?

Overall ratin = Crud!
Use blooming marvelous they are 1000 x better

Avoid!!!
