“Faulty Scooter, no refund and no replacement”

Ordered a scooter 27th May called to say Micro Scooter was faulty, was told I had to email a photo of the fault, took 7 days for a reply. Scooter was collected and have been told scooters are checked on a first come basis and have been told will be checked in due course. Customer service appalling, emails rude. Have had to go through my bank to claim back my money and order another scooter from Micro Scooter, 7 weeks and still waiting. DO NOT order from this company.
