I ordered flowers for a funeral 4 days prior. On the day of the funeral I was notified that no local florist would deliver unless it exceeded a minimum of $100. They could contact the funeral home and get an address for a family member and send them later to the home. I opted for this as the alternative was nothing. Four days after the funeral I was notified the flowers were going out but the lilies had been substituted with carnations. All the time I was being assured that funeral orders were their highest priority. Can you imagine what happens to their lower priority. Do they just drive by a month later and egg the house? Shouldn't difficulties with local affiliates have been their problem and not the customer's. If they had to order it from FTD or pay the difference they should have. This is my first online review.
