“Air Bed”

I have bought quite a bit of stuff from Littlewoods, i do find their delivery time to be very slow , it could take up to 2 weeks for delivery , iv'e gotten stuff from china quicker . I ordered a camping air bed yesterday Mon 15th july and was told i should receive it Thurs week 24th, i rang them to see could they get it to me a little sooner as i was going camping first thing fri morn 25th and would need it, absolutely out of the question could they facilitate me in any way that that's the date the company that they get it from put on. I asked could you ring the company that's it's coming from to see can they get it to me even a day quicker but again absolutely they could not ring them. How helpful and facilitating is Littlewoods !!!! Other than their slow service i find them good to deal with.
Littlewoods it's the little helpful things that means a lot to your customers, have a bit of cop on and common sense !!

ps, ordered a tent from Capel Camping yesterday and as i'm typing this to you it has just arrived, now that's what i call service.
