I recently ordered a gift voucher - something I do on a regular basis for friends and family. UK Mail tried to deliver it leaving a card with no contact details,and then returned it to a depot, further away that the nearest Go Outdoors store, for me to collect. After three lengthy telephone calls to them, they admitted it was 'mislaid' (i.e. - lost). A single call to your customer services and they are sorting it for me - many thanks.
