“Could do better”

Everything was fine apart from waiting 7 working days and my status still not being moved to payment sent. Emailed yesterday and had a reply saying they would chase accounts department which they did and earlier this evening received email saying payment on its way just have to wait another 3 - 5 days for back payment to clear.
