Had nothing but trouble following a non fault claim. Reported it to PO...no action. Rang up and they had not reported it on to the Insurance company Coral who turned out to be equally useless.
Changed my car 6 months later, PO unable to quote due the claims still o/s on their system. I had to ring Coral for them to send on confirmation claims was closed and fully recovered and still PO wanted to charge me cancellation charges of £55! Argued the case and eventually they agreed to waive.
Absolutely shocking customer service. Would never deal with them again. If this is what state the rest of the PO is in they have no chance!
