The website's staff don't give you any support and often make fun of customers who don't understand computers or have a difficult time speaking English. The worst offender of this by far is PWizard who appears to have a bad reputation for this and other things. If you want an example, just take a look at the messages in the sniper elite 3 forums starting around July 8th.
