“Only Trouble”

I've had nothing but trouble from Air Fast Tickets, am currently 380 Euros out of pocket and have spent too much time writing emails and speaking with various rude/uninformed phone operators who usually finally promise to help and then disappear for ever.

It all started when Skyscanner gave me an attractive quote from Air Fast. Booking seemed okay, website looked in order, nice (meaningless) guarantees promised... but at the very end of the booking came an error screen saying they were sorry, but booking was unable to be completed... Damn... But okay. There are other companies. So I booked with a different company at a higher price as I needed the flight.

Few days later I noticed a debit on my account, checked emails and saw that they did go ahead with the booking. Now I'm double-booked and overdrawn.

Multiple phone calls, multiple emails, contact with the credit card company, so far no resolution. Basically they took my money and don't care. More annoying than anything is their repeated silence and/or avoiding the question and/or advising writing another email that will also be ignored. They are clearly used to waiting for annoyed customers to give up trying to get anything from them.

A thoroughly bad experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
