“Reservation Problems”

Booked flights, gave credit card information - received no confirmation. I was barely alive by the time the "Live Chat" actually started, only to be told to contact airline. Checked credit card site - no pending charges. Contacted airline - after an hour of waiting, I was told there is no record of me booking anything and providing my frequent flier number didn't help - lost contact after running out of phone battery. Had to rebook the whole trip again.
Booked tickets for my son so that we could meet at our common destination. Received confirmation that the order was processed. Flight details were blank, but I was given the choice of booking hotels!

I spent 5 hours booking tickets for three people!
