“Poor website, poor refund service. Avoid!”

I ordered a watch as a gift for my wife from Nigel O Hara on the 26th April in the hopes it would arrive within a couple of weeks. Nigel O Hara said they had none in stock and were in contact with the manufacturer. This went on for a few weeks, most times Nigel O Hara stating "we can confirm that we will receive your order in a week and will email you once dispatched". Weeks passed and nothing happened, apart from the occasional email offering another product as mine still was not available. On 3rd June (more than a month after the original order), Nigel O Hara finally said they could not fulfil the order offered a full refund, which I requested straight away. It is now 7th July (34 days after requesting the refund), and I have still have not received anything.
Whenever you send a message via there online support system, you receive a prompt, yet obvious template reply which states nothing about what the problem is. All it says is that they will pass on the request to the finance department. I called Nigel O Hara on Friday 4th July to speak to someone in the finance department, I was told (by Nathan, a sales rep, that his manager told him) that I would receive my refund in 24-48 hours, as well as a confirmation email. It is more that 48 hours later and nothing. I have now had to go through my Halifax Credit Card company to try and get the refund.
By the way, the watch that I ordered, and was told they could not fulfil as they couldn't get it from the manufacturer, is still being advertised on the Nigel O Hara website as "available to order". I even told them that their website was still showing that it was available and they haven't bothered to change it.
