“Worst ever”

This company turned a crisis into a nightmare. Do not believe their fancy advertising as they do not do anything that is in them. Customer services say sorry but do not come up with anything concrete. Their only recommendation is "if you are not happy then go to the ombudsman" Avoid at all costs.
