I ordered 3 items from BOOHOO on June 20th and paid for 3-5 day standard delivery. No order received by June 30th. When i tried to track my order it showed that there were no tracking details for my order number.I contacted their customer services who informed me that yes they had processed my order( this i knew as the money had been taken from account) but they had forgotten to send my items out.They promised me they would send my order straight away using a next day delivery courier. Still no order received today, so i check my emails and low and behold, the items i ordered were now out of stock in my size. total shambles. taking my business else where.
