The renewal price was not competitive and I found a quote for over £250 cheaper very easily on a comparison site.
I have had insurance with swift cover for 3 years and never made a claim.
I therefore wanted to cancel my policy. You can renew your policy online, pretty much do everything else but not surprisingly you cannot cancel as easily. I therefore had to make a call to the call centre where I was held in a queue for 31minutes! They repeatedly say you can email their customer service dept as an alternative but you are not able to cancel this way.
I think this sort of service is disgusting.
I feel very sorry for anyone who has to make a claim with swiftcover.
