“Terrible company - avoid! avoid! avoid!”

Placed an order for a birthday present online for next day delivery; 3 days later no delivery and no response to emails chasing.
Phoned today to see where it was to be told the product is discontinued, but they hadn't bothered to let me know or issue a refund.

Disappointed by complete lack of communication - we all know mistakes happen and things get discontinued but deal with the problem don't just ignore it!
