Its as simple as 1,2,3. Choose location, date and duration, click and choose from an array of holiday accomadation. Click on your choice to check availability, facilities and choice of rooms. Choose and book.
Booking form is simple clear and short. Confirmation is quick and easy to print off. Email confirmation is also simple clear with contact details for the accomodation which is a huge help as in the terms and conditions they can not promise that no mistakes will be made, and they suggests that checks need to be done.
Cancellation or changing is best done through the email LateRooms send.
communication is quick and clear.
