I discovered I had a faulty sim a couple of weeks ago and phoned ASDA. The man I spoke to sent me a new sim and told me to put it in my phone and call ASDA to change my number over. I did this today and spoke to Asda help desk who put me on hold while they went to start the process. Then I was cut off. I phoned again and spoke to another person who eventually told me ASDA had no record of my Original number nor the sim I'd just received from them! This is unbelievable and the so called customer service assistant made me very angry when he simply said nothing he could do, no record of the numbers and no managers available for me to speak to. I have registered my complaint in writing but this could take up to 8 Weeks to resolve! It also took several weeks for them to transfer my number when they moved to EE. They incidentally claim best coverage, Huh, not in Dumfries and Galloway they don't.
