I never, ever write a review however I am compelled to if it saves someone else experiencing the same problems with Monster beds as I am.
I ordered a bed from them but had to cancel almost immediately as they couldn't deliver it quickly enough. Over three weeks, and several calls chasing, later, I am still awaiting my refund. I have just had a very rude girl on the phone who wouldn't even let me speak when I offered my disgust at their 'up to 30 days before they might refund' policy.
BUYER BEWARE!
