I ordered a briefcase in November 2013, it arrived promptly but it was of poor quality and one of the locks was broken. Asked to return it but they would not allow me to, said they were carrying out an investigation and I would have to wait for the correct return address to be issued to me. Eventually the case was collected two weeks later but the refund never came.
I phoned every week from December to February and heard every excuse possible, eventually I received my refund 10 weeks later at the end of February 2014. Very relieved as I was sure I would never see my money again. Where they get these 5 star reviews from beats me.
