“Will NEVER buy from again”

Last year (Aug 2013) I purchased a pair of salomon trainers size 5 online from Millet sports. It states it will take 7 working days for delivery. After 2 weeks I phoned to say I hadn't received my order, I was given an apology and told they'd be sent out first thing tommorow. A week later still no delivery...I phoned to be told they did not have my size in stock and they won't be able to get it in stock for 2 months. They had my email ad, house ad and phone number so why didn't they let me know this?? And why did they tell me it would be posted 'tommorow'?? Eventually got a refund.
Anyway, this year I saw a pair of salomon boots online. They were available from many places but millets was the cheapest so i ordered them in a size GB5 (hoping that last years mess up was a one off mistake). The boots arrived yesterday...the box said GB5, the boots said GB7.5. I phoned to tell them. They tried to tell me that the 7.5 was an american size and that the boots were a GB5. I had to tell them 3 times that it says on the boot 'GB5', and explained that if they were a GB5 i wouldn't be sending them back as they would fit me! If i want the boots that i ordered....i have to wait 2 days for the refund sticker to come through the post...3 days until i have a day off to get to the post office and post them, 2 days before millets recieve them and only then will they send the boots i ordered. So all in....I ordered a pair of size 5 boots, and it will take at the very least 16 working day until i receive them. GET STUFFED MILLETS! YOU ARE HOPELESS!
