Door staff reduced a 2 1\2 year to tears .bullying tacics by door staff backed by junior members of management Baring family from entertainment complex after falsly claiming smuggling achohal in bottle of 2 1\2 year old . Door staff theatened violance,management did not want to know about a complaint . Family fun ! Stay away from HAVEN . Go all inclusive to Tenerife cheaper and hasell free .
