“Same old pattern”

I booked two flight and exactly the same thing happened I received a cancellation e.mail.I don't think they had the flights to sell.I used my credit card and was refunded about three to four days after payment was taken.As everybody says you can not get through to them on the phone.TOTAL WASTE OF TIME.
