the 'choose your delivery date' option did not happen, I was told on my chosen date that my item was not in stock so I cancelled the purchase as I could not afford to take another day offf work. I was told I would get a refund in MAXIMUM 5 - 10 working days. as yet no refund, 12 working days later, no one has contacted me to explain, I've had to chase them and each time a customer services person tells me "your refund will be with you in 3 days". Awful. these guys don't know their a** from their elbow, obviously the delivery company has little or no contact with the warehouse and even though i have asked to speak to a manager, nobody has bothered to contact me.
